North Logan CITY COUNCIL
The North Logan City Council hereby announces two (2) public hearings to be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library (475 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT).

6:35pm  Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed revision to the FY2017 Municipal Budget. Following the public hearing, approval of a resolution may be considered to adopt proposed changes to the FY2017 Municipal Budget.

6:45pm  Public Hearing to receive public input on a concept plan for Four Seasons Apartments expansion (a mixed use residential apartment development in the CCA Zone located between 2100 N and 2000 N on 200 East (Wolf Pack Way). The real property parcel #04-083-0005 (approximately 9.75 acres) located between 2100 North and 2000 North on 200 East (Wolf Pack Way) in North Logan, Utah which is currently zoned Mixed Use City Center Adjacent  (CCA) is being proposed conceptually as an expansion of the existing Four Seasons Residential Apartment Development. A public hearing is required by code for all projects within the City Center zoning area. Following the public hearing, approval of this concept plan may be considered.

The proposed budget can be reviewed on or after February 10th at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E).  The Conceptual Plan for Four Seasons Apartments expansion can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E), or questions can be asked by calling the Community Development Department at 435-752-1310 ext. 13.

North Logan Planning Commission

The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 in the Meeting Room of the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT.

6:35 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on proposed changes to the Design Standards Technical Manual, TITLE 12C LAND USE - ZONING, and TITLE 12D LAND USE - SUBDIVISIONS related to street lighting.

The Planning Commission may consider a recommendation on these proposed changes following the public hearing. A copy of the proposed changes can be reviewed at the North Logan City Offices (2076 N 1200 E, North Logan) or found online at northlogancity.org (under Public Notices).

6:45 p.m. Public Hearing to receive public input on proposed changes to the Transportation Element and Map of the General Plan, changes that will subtract City Center roads within that plan.

Changes being recommended are:
• Remove 2100 N from 100 East to 200 East as it is currently shown on the Master Plan (This is the south side of the current Four Season Project).
• Remove 100 East as it is currently shown on the Master Plan (A small section going north to the southwest corner of the Four Seasons Project).

The Planning Commission may consider a recommendation on these proposed changes following the public hearing. A copy of the proposed changes can be reviewed at the North Logan City Offices (2076 N 1200 E, North Logan).
